As I get older, my body gets stiff and achy at times. Practicing yoga and pilates once in a while helps my flexibility. My dog Blake is always ready to be my buddy whatever I do, be it doing yoga or aerobics. Our late dog, Bolt was the same way, he was always there with me when I workout especially when I go on a long walks. It was his favorite thing. I am still training Blake to be on leash, he still hasn't gotten the hang of it but I hope he will love walking like Bolt did.
I wish my kids would do yoga with me but they are not very flexible to do yoga. I love it though that they are working out as well.
