Someone from Marina Maher Communications contacted me via email about a Covergirl program they are running. Make up is not my strong suit but I am always willing to accept the challenge so I said yes. They sent me the new Covergirl's Mascara and Eyeliner for review.
As you all may know, Covergirl has many beautiful tools to recreate dramatic looks. This super sizer mascara has a unique lash styler that twirl as you apply the mascara. It provides bold, corner to corner volume for full, fanned out lashes. This is opthalmologically tested and hypoallergenic.
This Intensify Me liquid liner has a paddle shaped tip that will give you two looks in one - thick and dramatic or thin and elegant. The intense black formula glides on smoothly and dries quickly for instant drama.
These two new Covergirl products will be available in the market in July 15. Glad to be one of those who get to try it first. If you want to see what's going on with Covergirl's social media oages, check them out on the following platforms.

My daughter wishes that she has her brother's eye colors and long lashes. Her eye color is like mine while my son's is like my husband's. I thought it would be good to try the new covergirls product on her during their piano recital
last weekend. My husband immediately said "Uh-oh, I don't think I am liking what I see" lol. I think he doesn't want to see his daughter grow up so quickly. But anyhow, I made her lashes longer and fanned out a little. I did not put too much because she was uncomfortable with it.
She never really wore lipstick before but since she was wearing a pair of red shoes during the recital, I put a red lipstick on her.
She actually like her lashes that way. My son told her that she looked like a model. lol.
This little sweetheart will be turning 10 next month. She is built small for her age compared to most kids but she is definitely gowing before my eyes. I think in few more years, she will be the one to teach me about make up and stuff lol. Oh boy, it makes me sad to even think about them growing up. I wish I could hold them in my arms forever.

OMG, look at how cute she is! That mascara and liquid liner really made her eyes pop. She is so pretty!
ReplyDeleteShe looks so great! I love how her eyes came out. I have to put the makeup on my daughter's eye area pretty heavily when she has her recitals. Those bright lights can really wash out her skin.
ReplyDeleteI can relate. Both of my boys were born with the LONGEST eyelashes ever and they certainly didn't get them from me. She looks great in that mascara!
ReplyDeleteThey grow up so quickly! She's so pretty! Daddy better get ready for the boys! I like this eyeliner a lot. The mascara brush confuses me a little lol.
ReplyDeleteI love Covergirl makeup. I use a lot of MAC but Covergirl is always my go to.
ReplyDeleteCovergirl is my favorite makeup brand. I will have to pick some of this up for my daughter. She was just asking for new liner and mascara.
ReplyDeleteTimes have definitely changed. I played the violin when I was young and did a recital in Lincoln Center in New York City that was televised and I don't remember any of us being allowed to wear makeup! I can see why Dad wasn't too thrilled with the idea, that's kind of young! :)

I have been looking for a new liquid eyeliner and this looks like it just may be it. And I love Covergirl, so it's a win-win.
ReplyDeleteI love cover girl. I have quite a bit myself, and my girls love playing around with it. My sons have the longest eye lashes I'm so jealous. - jeanine
ReplyDeleteYour daughter is beautiful! I think wearing a little makeup for a recital is fine. Doesn't it seem, though, like boys always get the long, lush lashes? Us girls have to fake it! LOL!
ReplyDeleteI've tried these products as well and really love them. They work really well and my daughter wants her own too. =)
ReplyDeleteYour daughter's eyes are beautiful - and I know that a great mascara really enhances our lashes - Hope her recital was perfect as she looks perfect! Can't wait to try these out!
ReplyDeleteOmg how cute is she!! I danced for many years when I was around the same age as your daughter and we were *required* to wear blue eye shadow, mascara, and red lipstick, strictly because of the way it pops on the stage, oh how many battles my mother and I had over those make up applications!! lol
ReplyDeleteShe is beautiful! She looks amazing with her cover girl mascara and eye liner! I need to get the eyeliner I've been looking for a good liquid eyeliner but I'm so picky I want the best!
ReplyDeleteThank you for this info! I don't use eyeliner as much but I want to get into it
ReplyDeleteI love CoverGirl! I will have to check out this mascara - I have really short and pale eyelashes so this would be great!
ReplyDeleteI need this mascara! Mine doesn't dry fast enough and I end up with mascare on my eye lid or under my eye. It's a mess and waste of my time to clean it up as I'm rushing out the door.
ReplyDeleteAw...she is lovely! I totally use covergirl a lot and am so picky about my mascara. I haven't used liquid eye liner in over 20 years, so I have no clue what that stuff is like now
ReplyDeleteAwww bless she looks absolutely beautiful, I am not familiar within the brand but happy to check it out.
ReplyDeleteShe looks so lovely! I've always been a fan of Cover Girl- it's one of the first make up brands I tried when I was a kid.
ReplyDeleteI am not into makeup and I don't know how to put on mascara. LOL. Ms. Burrito is really growing fast. She looks like a little lady now.
ReplyDeleteI use Cover Girl in my home as well and I believe in their products. It was the first product I tried when I was allowed to wear make up, which was not until I was 16.
ReplyDeleteI love Cover g\Girl products and I think they look fantastic on your daughter!! I remember getting ready for recitals when I was a little girl and my Dad freaking out too! HA!!
ReplyDeleteShe looks cute in makeup. I don't wear very much makeup either but my daughter does. She would love these products.
ReplyDeleteAhhhh cover girl was the first brand of makeup I ever bought! I still buy it to this day when I see something new come out!
ReplyDeleteLook at that pretty girl! I love that you let her wear makeup for this special event. Very beautiful!
ReplyDeleteI received the same items and am loving them! Covergirl always has wonderful products!
ReplyDeleteThese both seem like amazing products indeed that I would love to try. Your daughters lashes look gorgeous and I would love to have lashes that are fanned out like that. I will have to get the eyeliner and the mascara when they come out. Thanks for sharing.
