I initially created this blog focusing on entertainment but later on shifted towards fitness since I am more on fitness than entertainment. It doesn't mean that I won't talk about entertainment here anymore, it is once to have it once in a while. I seldom watch TV so my source of entertainment is online. One of the websites that I recently stumbled upon is the Gossip Blog. You can get your daily dose of celebrity gossips and news from that site. One of the few that caught my eyes at their lifestyle section is this picture that Kim Kardashian posted about her Mom, Kris Jenner, doing a pole dancing.
The Kardashians really knows how to capture the attention of the media aren't they? On the postive note, I do admire Kris for being so fit despite her age. She is 58 years old already but she look younger than her age and she is physically fit. I wonder if aside from pole dancing, if she also does other fitness routine? Hmmnnn, this got me thinking, is pole dancing really a fitness thing? I mean I do a lot of fitness stuff but never in mind I thought of pole dancing as a fitness routine hehehe. But I guess, anything that will challenge you physically can be be considered as fitness routine right? Anyway, if you want to get some dose of celebrity news and gossips, check out the link I have provided above for The Gossip Blog. You can also follow TheGossipBlog on Twitter or Like them on Facebook!
Now, it's your turn to speak up? Have you ever tried pole dancing? Would you consider doing it as a fitness routine? I got intrigued with Kris Jenner's pose so I am interested to know your thoughts hehehe. Personally, when I think about pole dancing, I thought of it as a form of entertainment rather than fitness but I guess I am wrong on that thought. Just looking at Kris Jenner's picture makes me dizzy already lol. I wish that when I turn 50, I can still do physical fitness moves not only to remain physically fit but to stay healthy as well. Sometimes I lack on motivation to work out but whenever I see my tummy fat, it gives me drive to continue on. My body is actually sore right now, I work out this morning and it was pretty intense. I hope that I could work out again tomorrow, I need a follow through to beat this soreness.
I used to watch their series show and I find them all fascinating and entertaining as well. Wow! Kris does that? that's amazing especially for her age.
ReplyDeleteWow! In fairness, pole dancing si Lola Kris pero naka heels hehe :)
ReplyDeleteWow why not try it Manay. It might be suit u. Kahilo ano paghilingon pero maski igdi sa Pilipinas iyo man igwa nmang nag-gigibo kayan as part of physical fitness. lol for me yoga na sana pwede na.
ReplyDeletepole dancing - oh no, thank you ahaha, i would still prefer belly dancing hehe
ReplyDeletewow, that is very impressive, to be able to do that at age 56, but then, if you already were doing that at an early age, it's easy enough to keep up, I see a lot of older people, in their 80s here, still hiking up mountains, and they always inspire me.
ReplyDeletethat's very impressive knowing that she's that age, she still looks wonderful and still can do anything.
ReplyDeletePole dancing is quite a challenging activity at any age but more so as we get older. I think this is a nice option from the usual physical activities to keep fit and entertained.

ReplyDeletePoll dancing nowadays becomes one of a popular fitness routine aside from zumba and pilates/yoga. I love Kardashian i think they are very superficial, they keep their youthful face because of face lift. But i guess the way i see their lifestyle they make time for exercise and healthy food diet.
ReplyDeleteWow! I really admire women who keep themselves fit and fab despite their age or the circumstance. Women who are healthy and fit only show that they are determined and disciplined which I think the qualities that I don't have or lacking in me.
ReplyDeleteIt's very admirable for Kris that at her age she can still do that. I would love to try poll dancing if given the chance too. I wish I also have the strength to do it.
I also salute you Sis Rose for keeping yourself fit despite your busy schedule. You are so inspiring.
pole dancing for me is an exercise as well actually it is a good full body workout like a simple planking but more intense and hard to do. though being fit for herself and looking good, she does have lots of money to stay young and be in the hands of doctors and expensive creams to use reason why she looks young. she doesn't stress as much as we normal people do hehe
ReplyDeletePole dancing ... I won't even try. I'm so lampa hanggang cardio lang ang kaya ko hihi
ReplyDeleteWow, bongga si lola! Pole dancing is nice to watch but it's not my cup of tea. One local artist who has done that is Ciara Sotto. She's good in that.
ReplyDeletehmmmm I would definitely love to try pole dancing! hmmm hahahaha geez that will probably burn a lot of calories and I could try! wish me luck on not falling head first hahaha, Honestly these days being stressed out from so many things I have stayed in bed most of the time...and my best exercise is typing hahaha....love yah! :)
ReplyDeleteI have heard about the benefits of pole dancing as a form of fitness/exercise routine. Whenever you see pole, I always think of the North/South Pole or the poles where firemen slide down to get to their fire truck. LOL :) Just kidding! But it would be nice to try it out. I'm not sure though if I may be able to carry my own weight mid-pole. I'd probably stay on the ground.
ReplyDeleteI really don't know but pole dancing is really difficult as you really need some strength to perform such exercise. :)
ReplyDeletePole dancing has now gained fame even with our local showbiz personalities. I know of Ciara Sotto mastering this craft. I wish I have any talent for dancing. I could only be wowed for their amazing talent!
ReplyDeleteI always want to try this. Maybe some other time I'll get my chance...hehehe
ReplyDeleteI really envy girls who can do pole dancing. At first, it looks easy to do but not pala. Hehe
