The freezing temperature is getting into me. I feel like this Winter has been staying long enough that I can't wait till I can do my workout outdoors. I just could not get a strong motivation to do exercise inside, it gets tiring afterwards. One more month till Spring, oh I can't wait.

ReplyDeleteI wish I had time to exercise. I would love to do so really, regardless of the weather. Between a full time job and housework and raising kids and caring for a hubby (post-surgery for hip replacement), I am really dead tired at the end of the day. I am happy you have the chance to squeeze in some time to "love" yourself and stay on the healthy track.
ReplyDeleteWould you believe, I haven't started with my weight loss regime yet and I think I seriously need someone to pound me. Otherwise, my lazy bum just loves to sit still and be....lazy!
ReplyDeleteI salute you sis. I wish I have your stamina and determination to regularly exercise. I also wish I have the luxury of time to do that. I am already contemplating of waking up much early than my regular time just to accommodate workouts. Let's see how this goes. But keep doing what you're doing. You're inspiring me. I just need more mojo to rack up that nerve to really do it. ;)
I love your backyard. I'm sure it's nice to have a picnic there with the family and enjoy the fresh air.
