Just some of the exercise I do in our backyard. In doing my fitness routine this year, I lost some of the love handles and tummy fats that I am targeting but as you can see in the photos, the skin sagged so I am trying to tighten it up by doing this simple routines.
These weights are very affordable, I think they are a couple of bucks each at Walmart but luckily for me, my neighbor gave two set of these for us as they no longer use it. I also have the free hula hoops that eMPower sent me for review.
I know that this would be a long and tough challenge but I am willing to work on it to stay fit.

i needed that! it has been ages since i worked out. i am not feeling all too well because of fever + cough, but i swear i'd get back to stretching here at home once i feel a lot better! i wish i had your discipline + your dedication...

ReplyDeleteI exercise on a regular basis. To top it off I also put myself on a low carb diet. From 110 lbs, I am now down to 93 lbs. I combine running, yoga and zumba.

Right now, I am slowly going back to my routine and I am getting tired of not being able to workout at least 3 to 4 times a week. Oh dear! I need to get to working and sweating. Good thing we take long hikes and climb mountains. Weee... :)

ReplyDeleteI am sure you can do it mommy. Right now I am back to working out and I would love to go back to doing some toning and I love my Gilad workout before because it worked for me. I have an old Yoga tape before, but it is in our old house. I found a new workout lately that I want to try and maybe stick to it. :)
