I got this new 30-minute slim down body sculpt DVD for free from Listia. I have been doing this since last week and it would really make you sweat and get on your feet. I haven't work out this week though because I got my period which isn't nice. I think I'll start again next week.
This DVD has Yoga Stretches, Stress Stretches, and more. I have two left feet so I am kind of thrown off with the steps sometimes but with few practice, I will get all the steps right (I hope) lol. What is important is for me to keep moving. Sitting down a lot of times in my computer chair is what giving me this big fat in my tummy. I haven't use this in a long time but I have been doing planks and I can actually see a big difference already.

ReplyDeleteOh boy! it is indeed uncomfortable moving or doing exercise during our menstrual cycle. I think i tried it before and i'm constantly checking my pants, so embarrassing.
ReplyDeleteThis is definitely a must have work out knowing that it has yoga stretches in it. I also prefer 30 minute work out sometimes if I'm busy and don't have enough time to do the whole 1 hour.

ReplyDeleteHi, Rose it's always good to move around. For me the computer is an excuse to sit down, for my back is aching more and more. Walking is painful, but cycling is okay, there fore I chose the Bicycle for my B word.

ReplyDeleteGreat exercise DVD! I wish I had time to do some exercise. I used to do Qi Gong, similar to yoga, its stretching and slow, flowing movements. Very popular in Taiwan.
