Finding a store that offers high quality products at a very affordable price is must for a stay at home like me. I am very pleased when my orders from 10DollarMall arrived a couple of days ago.  Not only that  their products are all priced under  ten dollars but I also love the quality of materials.  I was pleasantly surprised that they could offer these prices and yet not sacrifice the quality.

Ms. Burrito is wearing a black dress that I won at auction site.

I got her the Black Shall with Feathers to go with the dress.  She loves it!

The Ivory and Black Dress with Red Bow Belt that I got can be worn alone or you can wear it with leggings.  I also like the black ribbon  by the neckline.

The add on accessory for the outfit I am wearing is a red rustic bead hoop earrings.  I also got a white long sleeve turtle neck which my daughter is  wearing  while having fun with our loving dog, Bolt.

Since the dress has a red bow belt, I chose  this pair of Red Suede  Wedge Heels to wear with it.  I also got the Silver  Flower Mini Wedges  for summer.

I've seen some people's complained about the shipping rates but with my experience it's all good.  The key is, if you order more items, the lesser  shipping you have to pay.  As you can see I have seven items  and they packaged it in a big box but I only paid $5.32 for the shipping.

Oh, did I tell you that I  did not spend a penny for all these?  Thanks 10DollarMall for  giving me an opportunity to work with you.  I was given a $60 worth of gift card which I paid for all of the products above.

Matching Shoes

Ms. Burrito and I has several matching pairs of shoes. The first matching pairs that we have is an American Eagle shoes.  I bought hers at the mall and I got mine at an auction site.  

This young lady is my buddy when shopping.  The boys don't have the patience, they would go to a toy store but we spend most of the time at the  fitting area lol.  We have a  matching knee-high boots as well.

Those clothes that she tried on were my size but she wants to  try everything that  bring in the fitting room lol.

I hope that Ms. Burrito grow up, she would still  like to hang around with me.

Piano Lesson

We enrolled the Burritos into piano lessons. They have their first lesson last Friday night at  Torrance Music Studios.  The teacher was very nice, she made the  Burritos very comfortable although the  Little Mister wanted to run around the whole time.  Ms. Burrito did pretty well.  

The good thing about the  schedule we picked is that, only the two are the students for that specific time.  The rest of the students goes on specific days which we can't attend.

 The Piano teacher gave them three books, the theory, writing, and lesson books  The Writing books is for Mr. Burrito and the  two is for the Miss.  I like it that they can bring the book home as I can practice for myself when the kids are in school.

The lesson is once a week ( Fridays) for 30 minutes for each student.  With books and monthly fee, we paid $125 for both of them.  It cost $13 for 30 minutes for each child which is a fair amount as the price  where we bought the piano, they charge a couple of dollars more and it's far.  This one where we enrolled them to, it is only 15 minutes from our home.

I have zero knowledge about piano so I did a little digging and read some about it.  Let me share this article of a famous  piano performer, Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, that I found  online:

Medieval Castle

Mr. Burrito was very happy that he received not only one package in the mail but two.  Thank you so much to the Dias Family for remembering our little man's special day.  This medieval castle is fun to pout together.  Everyone of  us helped , we haven't finish coloring the  walls yet but that would be something that we can do  on weekends.  We put it at the basement as it is a bit bigger to keep upstairs.

Ms. Burrito  was more interested with the castle than Mr. Burrito but he love the racing car  that he also received  from our dear friend all the way from Texas.

Let it Snow!

We took the Burritos for a sled ride today. We got a great amount of accumulation from last night's snow fall.

The kids  had so much fun but I was the one who asked to go home first.  My toes were freezing and very painful!

FREE Shopping Spree

I have been a member of Mypoints for years now and I enjoy  redeeming my rewards every end of the year.  Mypoints is a website  where consumers and  sellers/merchants meet.  Becoming a member is free, it's very easy to sign up and once you became one, you will earn points immediately by reading the newsletter and ads they send in your email.  You can participate in their surveys and when you shop though them, you also get points.  Aside from that, you will also  get a peek to the hottest deals online.  They even give you points for printing their coupons and using it in the store.  I like Mypoints.

Anyhow, this year, I only got $125 worth of gift-cards from mypoints and that is just by reading their emails and  occasionally participating to their surveys.  I did not do much shopping online so my gift card was  a little less compared to  last year.  We used those gift cards to buy our children two  pairs of shoes for  each of them.   I love it when you can buy nice stuff without  slicing a chunk to your budget.

The other set of gift cards is from our credit card that we use regularly.  Se we never get an interest charge for this gift card because as soon as we used it, we immediately paid it off.  It's just our way of getting the rewards from them.  We used the gift cards we got from American eXpress to buy  new sets of tires for our car.  Such a relief to be able to buy four tires  and paying only half of  it, it's awesome!  It's also a rewarding feeling to be able to  an eXtra shopping spree and not damage your budget.
