I love the kitchen because it is big and it has an island.
This country charm stove and oven are so unique.
Our daughter don't want to leave our home but when she saw the heated pool, she got excited.
The agent told us that they initially had this sold few years ago but the owners backed out because they couldn't take leaving the house that they built. Now that they have to move due to job assignment, they are forced to sell it again.
The family room has a bar and a fireplace which is really nice. The only thing I am not fond of is the wallpaper, they are everywhere!
I love everything about the house except the price lol. I mean we can afford it but it would be tight for our budget and I don't want that kind of stress. We'll wait maybe they would lower the price and we can make an offer.
I hope you can get it because it is a beautiful house and your family looks good in it. xo Jenny

Oh, Rose, it's so exciting to buy a new home! And sometimes, the price will be lowered, so maybe . . . However, I'd hate to see you guys "house poor." It's a tough decision.
ReplyDeleteHappy Blue Monday, Rose.
It's a lovely home. I hope you'll be able to negotiate the price. Good luck!
ReplyDeleteMy MYM.
i hope the owner would take your offer...a house with a heated pool is perfect.:p it looks good, but like you, i'm not crazy about the wall paper, either. they make the rooms seem smaller.
ReplyDeleteSometimes you have to take the plunge - a find like this is rare with so many wonderful details like a true bow window, great kitchen and that bar is a place to entertain. Decisions, decisions...
ReplyDeleteVery pretty, love the kitchen!
ReplyDeleteVictorian homes are so charming and the kitchen island is wonderful. Whatever you decide, it will be the best choice for you and your family. Sending prayers and good thoughts your way.
ReplyDeleteWhat a lovely home, seems so cosy!

Superb. Yes, the house is beautiful, beautiful photos. Greetings.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful house but dreadful wallpaper! I hope they lower the price so that you can buy it as well as redecorate it. The pool looks great!
ReplyDeleteDid you get my comment? I can't see it?
ReplyDeleteI'm back for Blue Monday.
ReplyDeleteSesame Place

ReplyDeleteMake an offer! They can always refuse. You never know.
ReplyDeleteWhat a pretty house - and I do love that orange jar that you shared on Mandarin Orange Monday. Thank you for sharing and good luck with the house.
ReplyDeleteThat is very beautiful. Great photos.
ReplyDeleteVery fun post! If the house is meant to be yours, it will work out - and I hope it does! It looks like a fun one for your family! I love that stained glass window and the GREAT front porch, but yeah - I wouldn't envy all that wallpaper-stripping! (Downy fabric softener works great for that, just in case...) ;-)
ReplyDeleteWhen I was a young teenager, my parents bought an old Maine farmhouse, and my mom had a strawberry kitchen - with that very same cookie jar!
Fingers crossed for you!
They wall papered everything in Victorian years. It's a beautiful house but would be way beyond my budget.
ReplyDeleteThat is a beautiful house! I hope it works out for you!
ReplyDeleteOMYGOODNESS...a very lovely and roomy house. If you want it, just make an offer you can live with and sellers just may take it.
ReplyDeleteHope it works out for you....
You have a lovely home!
