Eye View

I  initially  started this blog as Persona's Eye View, an expression of thoughts and feelings, perception of things as we  see it. 
But my husband suggested to redirect the theme to Fitness which I  I agreed and added  Fashion and Family to it.  Thanks To Ryanne for  the blog design below.

    Dear Rose.
    I love working out and do it everyday, even when I don't feel like it. I have a Total Gym in my home, so I can even exercise in my pajamas (as I often do first thing in the morning). 10-15 minutes later, I'm done for the day. I commend anyone who wants to get fit.
